We work closely with certified contractors, artisans, field consultants and suppliers, keeping you fully informed throughout the duration of your project. No matter the size of your project, we take care in the curation and management of your budget while bidding out your project to ensure fair pricing. You receive comprehensive weekly updates, allowing you to stay on top of your project, even from abroad.
ARCHITECTURE + INTERIOR DESIGN

Architectural Plans
After discussing your design wants and needs, we begin the process of implementing them into architectural and constructions plans. We provide all work plans including furniture, plumbing, lighting, electrical point placements, ceiling treatment, HVAC, underfloor heating, tile layouts, as well as elevations, sections and details where required.

3D renderings
We provide you with 3D images showcasing planned spaces and design concepts so you can easily and accurately visualize styles, finishes, and other project-specific design details.

Kitchen + Carpentry Design
We will build work plans for bids and guide you in the selection of final materials and colors necessary for the execution of carpentry plans.

Custom Furnishings
We will provide custom work plans to various craftsmen or artisans and oversee the production and installation of items.

Materials
We will assist and guide you in the selection of all materials required for the project’s completion including colors, manufacturers, suppliers, interior/exterior doors, tiles, windows, sanitary fixtures, lighting, moldings, decking, movable furniture, art and accessories.

Representation
We will accompany or represent you in meetings with selected contractors and subcontractors for review of construction drawings.
